There is an urgent need for us as a Civil Society Organization and its multilateral partners to continuously promote an entrepreneurial mindset among citizens and take appropriate actions, piloting innovative programs to address unemployment through enterprise development and build the capacity of our people to gain decent jobs and a sustainable income.
As part of its 2019-2021 Biz-hub Innovative Entrepreneurial Challenge, Constructive Solutions Inc; a social enterprise based in Kingstown St. Vincent and the Grenadines, with a sub-office in Bridgetown Barbados, introduces its (D.E.E.C), Developing Entrepreneurial, Employable Citizens program.
What is D.E.E.C?
You have asked us for it, and now we are ready to provide the entrepreneurial development training you need to develop your entrepreneurial mindset and business leadership skills.
(D.E.E.C) Developing Entrepreneurial, Employable Citizens is an entrepreneurial development project designed by social enterprise Constructive Solutions Inc. as part of its Biz-Hub Innovative Entrepreneurial Develop Program.
Our Modules include:
1) Business Assessment (Where are you now, where do you want to go and how do we get there together)
2) Developing the Entrepreneurial Mindset
3) Creating your Innovative Business Idea & Action Plan
4) Building an Effective Entrepreneurial team
5) Building Your Influence on the marketplace
6) P.E.A.K Customer Management
7) Financial Management for your business.
8) Sustainability; Leadership of your enterprise
The D.E.E.C course is scheduled to be completed within (8) 2-hour virtual sessions, utilizing the Zoom online platform. Come prepared to learn and apply the principles; very interactive and practical sessions.
Participants are required to register until Saturday 26, January 2018.
As a bonus:
- Participants will be working to create individual, innovative business ideas during the course, to make sure at the end of the training; your business would have been developed.
- Automatic registration into our Biz-Hub Entrepreneurial Development Service.
- (2) Two hours consultation for the implementation of your business.
- Certificate of Completion issued at end of course.
